1. Our commitments

• Reminder before trial ends: a reminder email 3 days before any trial ends — no card is charged without you knowing.
• Renewal notice: annual renewals are announced 14 days ahead with the exact amount and charge date.
• One-click cancellation: cancel from the Customer Portal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No retention mazes, no "call us to cancel".
• Prices are the price: the price shown at checkout is what you pay. EU consumer prices include VAT; business plans are net of tax with reverse-charge VAT ID support.
• No ads, ever: paying customers never see advertising, and we do not sell data.

2. Refund windows

• First subscription purchase: full self-service refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
• Subscription renewal: self-service refund within 72 hours of the charge (covers "I forgot to cancel").
• One-time purchases ($3 week pass, credit packs): refundable within 7 days if unused; used credits are not refundable.
• API usage: consumed usage is not refundable; unused prepaid credits are refundable within 30 days.
• Fair use of self-service refunds: one self-service refund per account per 12 months; further requests are reviewed by support. Refunds return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

3. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account (Stripe Customer Portal). If you cancel before the period ends, you keep every paid feature until the period ends — we never cut access early, and we never charge after cancellation.

4. Fair use & limits

Paid plans include unlimited normal human use of standard cloud tasks, subject to fair-use limits (per-day task ceilings and per-minute rate limits) that protect the service from abuse. AI features are metered in credits and OCR in pages, shown transparently in your account. All limits are published and adjustable in your account usage view.
