Local tools never leave your browser; optional cloud jobs are encrypted, with cloud files kept by plan (Free & Week Pass 7 days, Pro & AI Pro 30 days), originals deleted right after processing, and task records kept up to 7 days.

Local Tools

  • Parsing, conversion, and rendering happen in device memory — nothing is uploaded.
  • Closing the tab releases memory; pages keep working offline once loaded.
  • File content is never used for ads or model training.

Cloud Tasks

Section titled “Cloud Tasks”
  • Transit over TLS 1.3; at rest AES-256 with lifecycle auto-deletion.
  • “Deletion” means server-side object removal and expiry cleanup.
  • Delete cloud files and records instantly anytime from your account.

Business & Compliance

Section titled “Business & Compliance”
  • Standard DPA available on request (see DPA and Security).
  • No HIPAA / COPPA / FERPA compliance claims; no SOC 2 certification claims. Subprocessor certifications are those each provider publicly discloses.
  • Closing your account clears cloud objects and records; already-exported files remain yours.
