Batch & Automate

One action, large batches of files

Apply a single operation to a whole folder, or run a multi-step recipe over many files. Local tools run in your browser with zero upload; cloud steps are encrypted and results are kept by plan. Results come back as a ZIP.

Batch in three steps

01

Add files

Drop in many PDFs, Office documents, or a ZIP archive (auto-unpacked).

02

Pick an action

Compress, convert, number, watermark, protect, PDF/A, OCR, Bates and more — each labeled Local or Cloud.

03

Run & download

Processes with your plan's concurrency, live per-file status, retry on failure, then download a ZIP or one merged PDF.

Local operations never upload. Cloud operations are encrypted, results kept by plan, and never used for training. Every operation is labeled Local or Cloud.

Batch processing FAQ

Does batch processing upload my files?

Operations labeled Local run entirely in your browser and are not uploaded. Operations labeled Cloud (OCR, Office conversion, PDF to Word/Excel) upload over an encrypted connection, with results kept by plan (free 7 days, paid 30 days), and are never used for AI training.

How many files can I process at once?

Your plan allows up to 10 files (300 MB total, 50 MB per file, 1 concurrent job). Upgrading raises these limits.

Which operations are supported?

Local: compress, rotate, watermark, page numbers, protect, sanitize, remove metadata, grayscale, flatten, PDF/A, Bates, N-up, booklet, linearize. Cloud: OCR, Office to PDF, PDF to Word/Excel.

Can I run batches on a schedule or via API?

Yes. Save a batch as a workflow, then trigger it on a schedule, from cloud drives, via webhook, or through our API/MCP.

How are results delivered?

Download individually, as a single ZIP, or merge all PDFs into one file. Run history supports review and audit.
