About this tool
No accounts, no uploads, no watermarks — just the operation you came for. Archive .eml emails to PDF or HTML: parse sender, recipients, subject, body and attachment list — entirely in your browser. Processing runs locally in your browser's memory — the document is never transmitted, and closing the tab clears it completely. The workflow is deliberately short: load the file, choose the options on the page, run the operation, and save the result. Every choice is applied before the file is written, so re-running with different settings takes seconds. Supported input: EML; output: PDF or HTML; Practical limits apply (see the on-page limits); it pairs well with the related tools linked beside this page when one step is not the whole job. Key facts — Processing: runs entirely in your browser, client-side; Access: free with no account required; File limits: see the on-page limits; Privacy: the file never leaves the device.

FAQ
Will my file be uploaded?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser — your file is never uploaded.
Are there any limits?
Supports .eml (RFC 822 / MIME) input; Outlook binary .msg format is not supported; output formats are PDF and HTML.
Does the conversion keep the original layout?
Email body text, metadata (sender, recipients, subject, date), and attachment name lists are fully preserved; rich-text HTML emails are converted into a clean plain-text body flow before being typeset into the PDF (the original web layout is not preserved). Note that attachments are listed by filename only and attachment files are not exported.
Can I process multiple files in bulk?
This page converts one .eml file at a time. The Batch Processing workflow only accepts PDF/Office documents and does not support .eml input yet.
Is the processed file still editable?
The exported PDF is ideal for direct archiving and printing; the exported HTML file can be further edited and restyled in any text or web editor.
